The site of the work is located on Rackett Road (Road 193) in northeast Garden County from Road 82 to the Grant County Line or approximately 18.44 mile and on Bingham Road or (Road 205) from the Sheridan County Line extending 9.5 miles south. The major items of work and approximate quantities under this contract are as follows: Paving improvements will include a total depth of approximately 3.5" on both roads which are currently a 1-lane road, 12' in width. Asphalt paving mix will be a shoulder mix and include a leveling course and top course. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) unqualified of the amount of maximum Bid price shall be required with each Bid. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Right is reserved in the interest of the Owner to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in the Bids received.
