PWSA is requesting bids for improvements to the M-29 Outfall from the diversion chamber located within Second Ave to the end wall located at the Monongahela River. Questions Due Date: February 25, 2021 by 4:00 p.m. The improvements will include the lowering of the diversion chamber weir wall, structural lining of the existing brick culvert, demolition and reconstruction of the existing end wall, and the addition of a flap gate.
