HVAC upgrades at Delta's Fire Hall No. 1, located at 4645 Harvest Drive, Delta, BC V4K 4J5. The HVAC system at Fire Hall No. 1 consists of three YORK natural gas fired packaged roof top units and have reached their useful economic life. All units are controlled by thermostats and do not provide sufficient zone control. As such, the existing HVAC system will be upgraded to a high efficiency variable refrigerant flow system complete with air source heat pumps and full heat recovery.
