Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in W Yarmouth, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Proiect Requirements: Removal and disposal of boiler tagged MAWl32289 Installation of one Burnham ALP399CF-4L00 with 399,000 BTU 95%o efficient gas fired boiler. Installation per the manufactures instructions. Required gas, vent, condensate and boiler piping. Upon completion boiler must meet certified inspection by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Fire Services BVP. Provide a construction schedule and clean construction site after completion Construction Site must meet OSHA safety standards while under construction. This heat exchanger and boiler contract will begin in February of 2021 and be completed by March 13,2021 at the latest. As long as funds are available. (Surety is not required for contracts for most purchases of goods and most services. Surety in the form of a 100% performance bond; 100% payment bond and 5% bid surety is ALWAYS required for construction contracts.)The following are the security requirements applicable to this Contract. The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to cancel this bid or reject in whole or in part any and all bids, if the Town of Yarmouth determines that cancellation or rejection serves the best interest of the Town of Yarmouth.
