Requesting bids from interested parties to provide Bayberry Hills - Links Course Renovation. The project comprises the renovation/construction of tees bunkers, installation of drainage, and replacement of the existing irrigation system. All inquiries regarding the project should be submitted through Svetlana Salemme, Procurement, via email at SSalemme@yarmouth.ma.us. The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, furnishing material, equipment, and labor to complete the Bayberry Hills - Links Course Renovation project as specified in the documents prepared by Gardner + Gerrish, LLC. The contract period is five months on the date the Contractor commences performance on the contract. The scope of work for the project was prepared by Tim Gerrish, RLA, Golf Course Architect, Gardner + Gerrish, LLC, in conjunction with Paul McMahon, Hydro Designs, Inc., and includes the documents provided in Appendix 2 and Appendix 3, as well as any other terms, specifications, drawings, or other documents provided to the Contractor/Bidder. The project comprises the renovation/construction of tees bunkers, installation of drainage, and replacement of the existing irrigation system. It is intended to reduce maintenance efforts for the golf course groundkeepers and to improve the flow on the course. The Project location is the Bayberry Hills Golf Course at 635 West Yarmouth Road, West Yarmouth, MA 02673. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Architect and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. The Owner will not supply materials for the Project. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item.
