Work under this Contract includes: Interior Finishes, Patching of insulated gypsum board/metal stud partitions. Wall finishes of paint where necessary to complete patching. Mechanical Systems, Ventilation to include, fan coils, chilled water piping, DX condensers, chillers, cooling towers. Temperature control system, Electrical Systems, Electrical connections to mechanical equipment. Lay out Work from the reference points furnished and be responsible for all lines, elevations, and measurements inside workspace. Exercise proper precaution to verify figures shown on Drawings before laying out work and will be held responsible for any error resulting from his failure to exercise such precaution.Hire the services of a locator company to locate all privately owned utilities that may be disturbed by construction operations. Owner reserves the right to place and install equipment in completed areas of building, before Substantial Completion, provided such occupancy does not interfere with completion of the Work. Such placement of equipment and partial occupancy shall not constitute acceptance of the total Work. Maintain access, building utilities, and services to allow full and free use of the facility during this time. All temporary conditions, re-routing of services, utilities and/or power are the Contractor's responsibility.Coordinate access and storage of materials and equipment with the Owner's designated building representative. To the fullest extent possible provide for normal building operation, and the safety of the building's occupants. Work in areas that occur during evenings and weekends shall be cleaned and available for use the following business day Provide a cost to furnish and install the three (3) additional Fan Coil Units as outlined on the Contract Documents, including, but no limited to, all mechanical, electrical, controls, and general construction provisions for a fully functional system.Schedule within 15 days after date of Notice to Proceed. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
