Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Milford, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Prospective contractors able to show a reasonable acquaintance with and preparation for the proper performance of the work described herein. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including Bituminous crushing and shaping, and reconstruction of approximately 4,700 lineal feet of hike / bike trail with 3.5" bituminous mixture, and all incidental construction at Kensington Metropark in Oakland County, Michigan. Bids shall be submitted on the form included in the bidding documents, and shall be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond underwritten by a surety licensed in the State of Michigan, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract. After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or formalities and to make award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
