Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Milford, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of parking lot asphalt replacement, sidewalk replacement, and curb repairs. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. 5% of bid amount Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids. This time period may be extended by mutual agreement of the Owner and any Bidder or Bidders. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any or all Bids and award the contract to other than the lowest bidder, to waive any irregularities or informalities or both; to reject any or all Bids; and in general to make the award of the Contract in any manner deemed by the OWNER, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the OWNER PARCEL ID: 16-10-151-008
