Site work and paving for a road / highway in Florence, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

**This project is estimated at approximately $800,000 - $900,000. The project includes: Approximately 3,400 LF pavement improvements on Adams St., Atkinson St., Brewster Ave., College Ave. & Love Ave. & Suttles St. Intersection. Approximately 1,600 LF of 6" water line installation, gate valves, fire hydrant assemblies and all related appurtenance on Brewster Ave. & College Ave. A cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable Bid Bond, payable to the order of the City of Florence, in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the total Bid must accompany each Bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the Bidder will promptly enter into the Contract and execute forms contained in the Project Documents within 30 days after the Notice of Award. Bonds shall be executed on appropriate forms and shall specifically provide for "Performance" and "Payment" Bonds and shall be in an amount of 100 percent of the Contract price from a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the State of Texas and acceptable to City of Florence. City of Florence reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and any nonconforming Bid and to award the Contract in a period of time not exceeding 60 days from the Bid opening date. Bids shall remain firm for that period.
