Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a residential development in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 2,242-square-foot residential development; for asbestos abatement for a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Hazardous building material abatement, structure demolition, and disposal and/or recycling of a 2,242 square foot residential structure and appurtenances; PCC slab removal, site clearing, and site stabilization. The City shall advertise all Addenda on ORPIN. Prospective bidders are solely responsible for checking ORPIN to determine whether or not any Addenda have been issued. Bid documents will not be mailed to prospective bidders. BID SUBMITTAL: Bids must be submitted on the bid forms furnished to the bidders. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Your bid must be uploaded prior to the Closing Date and Time. The City strongly recommends that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before the closing date and time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. The City accepts no responsibility for non-receipt and/or delays in receipt caused by transmission and reception problems, equipment failure, or any other similar cause. Each bid is instantly sealed and will only be visible to the City after the closing date and time. AWARD: The City of Salem reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for 30 days. Prices quoted shall be firm for a period of 30 days. PREVAILING WAGE RATES: All Bids received are subject to ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870. BOLI Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon dated January 1, 2021, including all amendments issued prior to February 3, 2021 Note; Prevailing wages will be required for this project as it is part of a larger public improvement project.
