Event Type Pre-registration Deadline for Optional Site Visit Attendance Mandatory Event date Oct 13, 2021 02:00 PM EDT Location chady.moussa@bgis.com Event Note Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to Chady.Moussa@bgis.com before October 13 at 2pm EST to be authorized to access the site. Failure to pre-register will result in the Bidders Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
