Reference number : 1448051 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-02-15 The Municipality of Austin wishes to obtain bids for work to install 50 mm correction layers with an EC-10 type asphalt including, without limitation, the preparation of the surface to be covered, cleaning, mechanical or manual sweeping, removal and disposal of unsuitable materials, placement of a tie-down binder, placement of asphalt over the total width of the road (6.2 m) and its compaction, as well as all other incidental work. The 6.3 km section of Chemin North targeted by the work is located between Chemin du Lac Malaga and Chemin des Mésanges. The work must be completed no later than August 31, 2021 . Only bids that comply with the tender documents will be considered. The municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation or cost of any kind towards the tenderer (s). The contract is awarded by decision of the municipal council, at its sole discretion, and the municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council.
