Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Moose Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
Prime Responders, Mechanical, and Electrical Subcontractors must attend. Responses received from Prime Contractors, Mechanical Sub-Contractors, and Electrical Sub-Contractors that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be rejected. This project has a 7% Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), and Veteran-Owned (VO) Small Business (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goals established. A. The work will done under one prime contract that includes: General, Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) Pavement removal and site re-grading. 2.) Demolition of existing truck station main building and storage garage. 3.) Construction of new Truck Station Building No. 90205. 4.) Installation of site utilities, new water service, and sanitary sewer line replacement. 5.) Bituminous paving. 6.) Turf establishment.
