Site work and paving for a civil project in Sandusky, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
There is no pre-bid meeting. All questions shall be directed to Joshua R. Snyder, jsnyder1@ci.sandusky.oh.us in writing via email no later than 8:00am on Thursday, August 4, 2022. Prevailing Wage Rates and the City s Equal Opportunity Requirements are applicable to the Contract. The purchaser shall bare all shipping costs or make arrangements to pick up documents. Contract Documents may be reviewed without charge during normal business hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm in the Public Works office in its new location at 240 Columbus Ave and various plan rooms requesting documents. THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE REPLACEMENT OF APPROXIMA TEL Y 11,363 FEET OF WA TER MAIN ON PERKINS AVENUE, AND THE REPLACEMENT OF THE WATER MAIN ON 52ND STREET. THIS PROJECT ALSO INCLUDES THE RESURFACING OF PERKINS A VENUE AND 52ND STREET ALONG WITH DRAINAGE, DRIVE APRON AND ROAD SIDE PARKING IMPROVEMENTS
