Site work for a water / sewer project in Littleton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed Work is generally described as follows: Removal and replacement of 61 fire hydrants. Installation of approximately 325 linear feet of NSF 61 approved 6-inch diameter cured in place pipe (CIPP) lining within a 6-inch diameter waterline. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Construction Performance Bond and a Construction Payment Bond, each for 100 percent of the Bid amount, as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. Complete instructions for filing Bids are included in the Instructions to Bidders. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and eligible Bidder (Successful Bidder). Such a Bidder shall possess the skill, ability, and integrity necessary for the faithful performance of the work and must provide references showing experience performing similar work. The term "lowest responsible and eligible Bidder" as used herein shall mean the Bidder whose Bid is the lowest of those Bidders possessing the skill, ability, and integrity necessary to the faithful performance of the Work. OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities if it is in Owner's best interest to do so, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional Bids.
