Site work for a water / sewer project in Littleton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
CO. Rehabilitation of sewer pipe shall be by either Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) or Fold and Form Pipe (FFP), including 356 linear feet (LF) of 6-inch sewer pipe, 8907 LF of 8-inch sewer pipe, 371 LF of 12" sewer pipe, and 179 LF of 18" corrugated metal pipe (storm sewer). The work also includes CIPP for FFP spot repairs on sewer pipe on 8, 10, and 12 inch sewer, as well as trimming of protruding service lines (taps), and application of 122 compatible tophats. There is one sewer cleanout to be removed and replaced with a 4' diameter manhole. Verifying and restoring active tap connections (approx. 176) is included in the work. Work is located in both streets and backyards. Access to backyards is to be coordinated with property owners by the Contractor. Bypass pumping and/or flow control, cleaning the lines, pre and post televising (CCTV), and traffic control will also be required for work within streets.
