**As of May 21, 2021, the project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed and the construction start date and completion date has not yet been established.** The Project consists of constructing a 1.2 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the bid form. Addenda and Interpretations: Questions regarding the information contained in this Advertisement and the associated bid documents shall be submitted in writing and emailed to: michael.betts@stantec.com (740) 380-2828 and to be given consideration must be received at least seven days prior to the advertisement submittal date. All such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the Advertisement and bid documents, which if issued, will be posted no later than three days prior to the submittal date. Federal Prevailing Wage Rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements are applicable to this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Section 746 of Title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 (Division A - Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017) and subsequent statutes mandating domestic preference applies an American Iron and Steel requirement to this project. All listed iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term "iron and steel products" means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and construction materials. The deminimis and minor components waiver apply to this contract. DOMESTIC STEEL USE REQUIREMENTS AS SPECIFIED IN SECTION 153.011 OF THE REVISED CODE APPLY TO THIS PROJECT.
