Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Annapolis, Maryland. Design plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
As of May 10, 2023, a designer has been selected. No firm timeline has been established for the construction. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. Providing professional design services for ADA and MEP upgrades, including various building improvements at the Stanton Community Center. The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities and to select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
