Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Youngstown, Ohio. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.

**As of 11/22/22 All bids came over budget. Project will re-bid but no schedule yet. The Poland Avenue Pump Station Project includes the demolition of an existing USEMCO dry-well and appurtenances within, demolition of existing electrical building and aboveground/belowground electrical conduits and cables and other site utilities. Improvements include, but are not limited to, a new steel underground flooded suction sewage dry-well, three 25 HP (800 GPM) dry-pit pumps and appurtenances, new pre-cast concrete bypass pumping connection structure, new access to existing wet well influent chamber, new electrical controls building, electrical and control improvements with SCADA functionality and site improvements including paving, fencing, etc. Bypass pumping will be required to maintain system operation throughout construction. A new diesel standby generator is also included in the project as an alternate bid item to replace the existing site generator.
