Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Concrete Curb and Sidewalk Bid Upper Dublin Township Upper Dublin Township will receive sealed bids for the 2021 Concrete Curb and Sidewalk Bid which involves the replacement of existing concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and driveway aprons on various streets in the Township. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The work consists of the replacement of existing concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and driveway aprons in conformance to Upper Dublin Township Standards (attached), PennDOT Specification 408, and the following procedures. Concrete to be replaced has been marked with white paint to indicate the limits of replacement. Any questions as to the markings need to be addressed with the Township inspector prior to work beginning. 2/24/2021 5:00 PM CLARIFICATION DEADLINE
