Site work for a municipal facility in Northampton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Northampton Office of Planning & Sustainability is seeking sealed bid proposals for the construction of three (3) new Valley Bike station concrete pads and electrical service connections in Northampton, MA. The project is subject to state prevailing wage rates. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Amount. The contract will be awarded to the responsible and eligible bidder offering the lowest price. All attached certifications must be completed. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding and to reject any and all bids if it deems it to be in the Owner's interest to do so.
