Renovation of a medical facility in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospital.
Project Number: 636A8-19-200 Renovate 1W for Primary Care POC: Angie Mabley, angelique.mabley@va.gov; 515-699-5886 SCOPE: Renovating the 1 West Primary Care area for White Team, Red and Blue Teams. Construction will renovate approximately 23,600 Square feet for the 1.25 PACT according to space study performed in FY16. The 1 West Primary Care area does not currently meet PACT model or Womens Health Directive standards. This project will correct these deficiencies. Significant renovation will be required on the 1st floor of Building 1 as well as in rooms above and below Primary Care. Project includes plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, electrical work. Some Asbestos control is also necessary for this project. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000
