**As of March 4, 2021, project has not been awarded. Timeframe will be April 5,2021. The City of O''Fallon, St. Clair County, Illinois, will receive sealed bids for the Winding Creek Concrete Rehabilitation & Resurfacing project. he project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct the project in accordance with the plans, specifications, and provisions. The work to be performed consists of removal of existing hot-mix asphalt surface, removal of existing Portland cement concrete surface, base repair, Portland cement concrete patching, removal and replacement of various types of concrete curb and/or gutter, and placing a hot-mix asphalt leveling binder and surface course. The improvements will be located on various streets within the Winding Creek Subdivision in the City of O''Fallon. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bidder''s total bid price, such security being an acceptable bid bond, certified check, or cashier''s check. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond in the full amount of the bid. The City of O''Fallon, Illinois, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding.
