Genesee County Park & Recreation Commission (the Comission) has an area at the Mounds ORV Park, 6145 E. Mt. Morris Rd., Mt, Morris, MI, specifically dedicated to rock crawl areas for stock, to highly modified trucks, and purpose-built vehicles. The Commission desires to expand on the rock crawl experience by adding an obstacle course designed for smaller side-by-sides, stock, and modified vehicles. The obstacle course will be approximately 330 feet in length when fully constructed, and will utilize a mixture of rocks, boulders, concrete slabs (no broken concrete), and reinforced concrete storm sewer pipes.
