Project Description: Sletten Construction is seeking participation from ALL qualified subcontractors and suppliers with emphasis on DVBE and Small Business participation. Interested parties are invited to submit qualifications for a Design-Build Project. Short-listed firms will be invited to bid on the project. Scopes include but are not limited to: Structural Steel, Casework, Waterproofing, Roofing, Doors & Hardware, Overhead doors, Aluminum Storefront, Tubular Skylights, Glazing, Ballistic Systems, Framing & Drywall, Interior Finishes, Access Flooring, Paint, Signage, Restroom Partitions & Accessories, Fire protection Specialties, Metal Lockers and Shelving, High Density Shelving, Flagpoles, Vehicle equipment, Commercial Equipment, Window Treatments, Detention Furniture, Site Furnishings, Steel Fencing, Landscape & Irrigation, Site Utilities, Fuel Station. This project will be LEED Silver Certified. A project introductory workshop will be conducted by Sletten via zoom February 25th at 1:30 pm PST. All parties interested in attending must complete a Sensitive Security Information Confidentiality Agreement prior to receipt of the Zoom log-in information. All interested subcontractors must complete this form before receiving bid documents.
