The Work includes site preparation, selective demolition, excavation, grading, concrete flat work, trash enclosure structure, decant facility, wash rack, installation of fixed equipment (provided as part of the work unless otherwise noted), and other site improvements as defined in the contract documents and the Sciquest bid solicitation. b.
