Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Wills Point, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnish and install new plumbing service (including sewer and water service below and above building slab, gas service, plumbing fixtures, sinks, vents, valves, drains, piping hangers, supports, grease interceptor, and any associated hardware and equipment necessary for a complete working system) as noted on the plan sheets A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the Van Zandt County ESD No. 4 may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. All Bidders are encouraged to carefully examine the specifications and other documents, visit the work site, and become fully informed as to all conditions and matters which can in any way affect the work or cost thereof. Van Zandt County ESD No. 4 reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. The Work will be substantially completed within 60 consecutive calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in paragraph 2.3 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.13 of the General Conditions within 90 consecutive calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
