Site work for a water / sewer project in Wills Point, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Clearing and grubbing of limited areas along the construction route; Construction of 4-inch ASTM D2241 Class 200 PVC water main parallel to County Road 3501 beginning at a point approximately 150 feet southwest of Private Road 7501, ending at a point approximately 350 feet northeast of CR 3515, approximately 11,760 linear feet of 4-inch water line to be installed in 3 phases; Slick boring of creeks, existing drives and other improvements; Installation of all corresponding valves and appurtenances; Final testing, backfill, grading, seeding, and fertilizing; Abandonment of specific segments of South Tawakoni Water Supply Corporation's distribution system; Re-connection of all services and/or system laterals and/or mains currently fed from existing lines scheduled to be abandoned. The successful Contractor will have to coordinate service "switch overs" with disinfection and testing of completed line segments of the proposed improvements.
