Renovation of a fire / police facility in Wills Point, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 12,196-square-foot fire / police facility.
Furnish and install new Mechanical Service (including but not limited to air handling units, condensing units, duct, fans, diffusers, detectors, thermostats, supply and return lines, louvers, plenum, grilles, dampers, hangers, condensate / overflow lines, and additional equipment necessary for a complete working system) as noted on plan sheets Furnish and install new Kitchen Hood along with any additional equipment necessary for a complete working system as noted on the plan sheets A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the Van Zandt County ESD No. 4 may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. All Bidders are encouraged to carefully examine the specifications and other documents, visit the work site, and become fully informed as to all conditions and matters which can in any way affect the work or cost thereof. Van Zandt County ESD No. 4 reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
