Site work for a water / sewer project in Riverside, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The major items of work include: 1. Sitework, including site preparation, clearing, SWPPP; Complete in place. 2. Logging to a base depth formation sampling, geophysical logging, and sieve analyses 3. Aquifer testing from one (1) temporary test well, including setting of required materials, pumping, sampling, and removal of all equipment Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of Riverside Special Utility District in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract.
