The City of Riverside is seeking request for proposals to have our 6-acre foot oxidation pond cleaned and remove all sludge from facility. Bids must be received by the City of Riverside no later than 2:00 P.M. on February 10, 2023, which must be ten (10) days after this publication and contact dates for the RFP. Prior to award, the offeror must provide proof of registration, active/good standing and non-debarment status in the System for Award Management. The City of Riverside reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit SOQs, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit SOQs.
