The Commonwealth of Massachusetts acting by and through its Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek proposals for the sale and redevelopment of the former Saint Mary's Home located in the city of New Bedford. Any questions during the proposal period must be submitted no later than 12:00 noon on April 5, 2021 to realestate.dcamm@mass.gov. Final date to submit questions, April 5th, via Electronically. Prior to the Submission Deadline, proposers may correct, modify, or withdraw a proposal by written notice to the attention of Thatiana J. Gibson, Senior Project Manager at DCAMM.
