Bidders are informed that pursuant to Section 285.530, RSMo, as a condition of the award, the Successful Bidder shall, by sworn affidavit and provision of documentation, affirm its enrollment and participation in a federal work authorization program with respect to the employees working in connection to the contracted services. Successful Bidder shall sign an affidavit affirming that it does not knowingly employ any person who is an unauthorized alien in connection to the contracted services. All bids shall reflect payment of not less than State of Missouri prevailing wage or Davis Bacon Act to be paid to all workers performing work under this contract in accordance with all requirements of Sections 290.010 through 290.580 RSMo. All contractors or subcontractors doing work on the Project must require its on-site employees to complete, the ten-hour construction safety training program required under Section 292.675,RSMo, unless they have previously completed the program and have documentation of having done so. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order Number 11246. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications. The project has been financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund, established by the sale of Missouri Water Pollution Control bonds and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri.
