The following are approximate major quantities: Class A Seal Coat - 150,000 SY Bituminous Material for Seal Coat - 49,000 gal Bituminous Material for Fog Seal - 4,100 gal Street Sweeping - 95 Hours. The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Inver Grove Heights in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the vbid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the vbid is accepted and the bidder fails to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bonds. The City of Inver Grove Heights reserves the right to reject any and all vbids, to waive any informality therein, and to adjourn the meeting to a later date for the purpose of further consideration of the vbids and taking action thereon. No vbid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the date of opening of bids. Please contact electronically for assistance.
