For Site and Building Demolition associated with the construction of a New Fayette County Prison to be located at 245 McClellandtown Road in Uniontown, Fayette County, Pennsylvania A satisfactory corporate surety shall provide security in an amount equal to 5% of the base bid together with the aggregate sum of all additive alternates All contracts exceeding $10,000 shall contain a provision requiring compliance with Executive Order 11246, entitled, Equal Employment Opportunity, as amended and as supplemented in Department of Labor regulation (41 CFR Part 60-1 subpart A). Notice is hereby given that the Fayette County Prison for which construction proposals are being solicited hereby is a construction project constructed by a public entity constituting public works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates and other applicable Acts. All proposals shall be irrevocable for sixty (60) days after bid opening date. All Prime Contractors are required to formally register with Jen Sariano with SitelogIQ (Doing Business as Reynolds Construction) at Jennifer.Sariano@Sitelogiq.com to receive notification of addenda and other project information via SmartBid.
