Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; for paving for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Bids are solicited for the following: Menallen Township Public Safety Building Parking Lot Improvements Project (2501) and Fayette County-Wide Demolitions Masontown Borough and Point Marion Borough (2502).| A Bid Bond or other security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) ofthe total ofthe bid shall be submitted with each bid. Certain Federal and State requirements govern work on the project(s) including, but not limited to payment ofprevailing wages, non-discrimination in hiring and employment, and minority and women business enterprise utilization, all ofwhich are more fully described in the contract documents. Bidders should note that projects contained in this solicitation must be completed by April 25,2025. RACF reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Bids may be held by RACF for a period not to exceed thirty (60) days from the date ofthe opening. MBE/WBE/DBE are encouraged to participate.
