Additional information will be released following the May Board meeting. ** Hulltown Area Road Reconstruction Project (2602) Racf Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding Process. Bids May Be Held by Racf for a Period Not to Exceed Sixty (60) Days From the Date of the Opening. Mbe/wbe/dbe Are Encouraged to Participate. A Bid Bond or Other Security in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Total of the Bid Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. Certain Federal and State Requirements Govern Work on the Project(S) Including, but Not Limited to Payment of Prevailing Wages, Non-discrimination in Hiring and Employment, and Minority and Women Business Enterprise Utilization, All of Which Are More Fully Described in the Contract Documents. No oral interpretation will be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of the Contract Documents or any part thereof. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Local Public Agency. Any inquiry received seven or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of Bids will be given consideration.
