The Bid Shall Consist of Design, Fabrication and Delivery of All Components and Hardware Required for the Erection of a Pre-engineered, All Bolted Prefabricated Steel Beam Bridge Superstructure, Items Shall Include Girders/stringers, Diaphragms, Bearing Device With Bolts, Expansion Devices, Guiderail System on the Bridge, Their Beam Panels and Transition Sections and All Bolts and Hardware Necessary for the Installation of These Specification for the Fayette County Bridge Department, 61 East Main Street, Uniontown, Pa 15401. Bid Number 25-07 All Bids More Than $1,000 Must Be Accompanied by Cash, Certified Check, or Bond With Corporate Surety in an Amount Nor Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Amount Bid. Event bid note: Submit One (1) Original and Five (5) Copies of the Bid Form to the Office of the County Controller, Courthouse 61 East Main Street Uniontown Pa 15401. Together With Bid Deposit. Retain One Copy of the Bid for Your Files. All Bids Submitted Pursuant to This Advertisement and Delivered to the Controller's Office Must Be in an Enveloped Sealed and Clearly Marked on the Outside of the Envelope ''Bid No. 25-07'' ''Purchase of Materials for Bridge 82'' The Commissioners Reserve the Right to Reject Any or Parts Thereof.
