Site work for a civil project in Willis, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Provide and install 21' - 6 1/2" diameter nominal, 66,000 gallon , Superior Tank, "powder coated", bolted, steel ground storage tank on existing concrete ring wall foundation, including connections, splash pad, exterior level guage, piping, fittings, ladders, railing, vents, hatches, yard piping, valves, tank connections and all other appurtenances and incidentals. Final site improvements including grading, cleaning, and hydromulch seeding. The major items of work include:Installation of 66,000 gallon ground storage tank and general site improvements Each Bid Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond From a Reliable Surety Company Drawn to the Order of Texas National Municipal Utility District in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid. No Bid Proposal May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Bid Opening Date. Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Accept the Bid Deemed Most Advantageous to It. the Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Provide a Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bond for the Full Amount of the Contract. Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any Defective, Qualified or Nonconforming Bids.
