**As of April 27, 2021, the project has not been awarded. The anticipated award date is on April 28th Board Meeting.** The project includes (but is not limited to) the following: mobilization, site preparation, cast-in-place concrete structural repairs, and cast-in-place concrete spall repairs. Harper College reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the College. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. Contractors shall pay not less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The successful bidder will enter into a Contract with the Owner in the form of an Agreement as provided in the Project Manual.
