Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The existing Westridge Elementary School is a one-story building with attached covered play area. The proposed project includes the removal of the brick cladding material, sheathing and batt insulation back to the wood studs and associated site demo. Installation of brick cladding material, rigid insulation, plywood sheathing, batt insulation, vapor barrier and associated site repairs. Removal and reinstallation of the existing storefront systems. Removal and replacement of dry rot beams at covered play area with associated siding removal and reinstallation.
