Lake Oswego School District ("District") will be accepting sealed bids from all interested bidders for the River Grove Elementary School Replacement Project Modular Building Removal Services (the "Project") located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Proposers may obtain electronic copies of the bid documents from Debbie Hansen at the Bond Program Office: hansend@loswego.k12.or.us. Please direct any questions regarding this invitation to bid via email to Senior Project Manager, Diana Kessler at diana.kessler@cbre.com or Project Coordinator Beth Starr at beth.starr@loswego.k12.or.us. As pursuant to ORS 279.027, contractors are required to complete thefirst-tier subcontractor disclosures form. The completed form must be received in the Bond Department at Palisades World Language School within two hours of the bid time and date. NOTE: This location is an active school facility and students are released at 2:40 p.m. The front parking lot may be full. There are two additional parking lots toward the rear of the building. Make necessary provisions to ensure your bid is received at the front office and time stamped no later than 1:00 p.m. on March 29, 2022. Masks may still be required inside the school building. This contract will be for a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875 (prevailing wage law).
