Performance of additional and incidental work as called for by the specifications and plans. Accessibility concerns - Contact Stefan Broadus at 503.635.0267 at least one hour prior to the pre-bid conference The City will investigate and determine the qualification of the responsible Bidder as part of its evaluation of the responsive Bid. Because the City's estimate of the contract value is $100,000 or greater, Bidders must submit a First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form, provided in the Bid Documents, to the City no later than 4:30 pm local time on the date for the receipt of Bids. Questions about meaning or intent of the Bid Documents shall be submitted to the Project Manager Stefan Broadus, by email at sbroadus@ci.oswego.or.us no later than 7 days prior to Bid Closing Time. Clarifications to the Bidding Documents will be made by addenda only. Oral statement may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.
