Work is composed of, but not limited to, management and performance of construction period services, permitting, demolition, construction, construction management, submittals, including general construction, structural, fire protection, hazardous material removal (if any), thermal and moisture protection, finishes, scheduling, quality control, inspection/testing, environmental protection, recording (As-Built) drawings, and project closeout. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5M million dollars.
