Reference number : 1452616 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-03-01 Estimated value: $ 366,200 to $ 528,299 The Municipality of Saint-Venant-de-Paquette is requesting bids for the above-mentioned project. Only construction contractors within the meaning of the law on the qualification of construction contractors (1975, LQ, chap. 53) who have their main place of business in the province of Quebec or , when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable in Quebec, in a province or territory covered by this agreement. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check equivalent to 10% of the amount of the bid made payable to the Municipality of Saint-Venant-de-Paquette, or by a bid bond. , established at the same amount, valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of tenders. This tender guarantee must be exchanged, at the signing of the contract, for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of obligations for pledges, materials and services. Each of its guarantees must correspond to 50% of the contract price. The bidding contractors will be responsible for the choice of subcontractors both for their solvency and for the content of the bid. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and does not assume any obligation of any kind towards the tenderer (s).
