Site work and paving for a road / highway in Gering, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project consists of a 2" HMA overlay on Holly Drive, and 'A' Street and will include preparation of the existing surface of milling along the curb and gutter line, applying tack coat and installing 2" overlay. All work is to meet the plans, specifications and city standards. A. The successful Bidder is allowed 100 calendar days to complete the Project from the date of Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $1,000.00 for each consecutive calendar day for which the work is not substantially complete and $1,000.00 for each consecutive calendar day for which all of the work listed on the punch list is not complete. Anticipated Notice to Proceed will be on June 1, 2021.
