Site work and paving for a civil project in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of June 2, 2021, this project has been awarded to HEI Civil Inc. for $3,655,169.25(Part A only). The start date and completion date is not yet available. The Project will include: Infrastructure (street, water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer) Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the Bid date and time. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any errors or irregularities, and to require statements or evidence of Bidders qualifications including financial statements. The Owner also reserves the right to extend the Bidding period by Addendum if it appears in its interest to do so. For further information, please contact Barney Fix at Merrick & Company at 303-751-0741. Final Completion within 150 consecutive calendar days. Within ten (10) days after being awarded the Contract, the undersigned agrees to execute the Construction Contract included in the Project Manual and to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount.
