Site work and paving for a civil project in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Question will be receved until 09/03/2021. This Contract provides for the construction of the following: Furnish and install over 160 LF of 6-inch and 12-inch water line with appurtenances, over 7,500 LF of 8-inch to 12-inch, over 11,000 LF of 18-inch to 36-inch storm sewer pipe with appurtenances, and approximately 1 mile of street construction. Bidders must be licensed Contractors in the State of Colorado. Bids will be received providing unit price for items; however, the price given will be on a maximum not-to-exceed amount, as described in the Bidding Documents. The Work is expected to be commenced within thirty (30) days after the Date of Contract. The OWNER reserves the right to award the contract by sections, to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein.
