Following materials: 5,000 Tons Superpave 9.5mm, PG 64-22, Wearing Course, (More or Less) 0.0 to 0.3 million ESAL's, SRL-M 1,750 Tons Superpave 9.5mm, PG 64-22, Wearing Course, (More or Less) Any ESAL, Any SRL 500 Tons Superpave 25.00mm, PG-64-22, Binder Course, (More or Less) Any ESAL, Any SRL 1,000 Tons Superpave 19.00mm, PG-64-22, Binder Course, (More or Less) Any ESAL, Any SRL. Proposals must be upon Bid Forms provided by the Township, and must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid. A Performance Bond in the amount of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Bid will be required upon awarding of the Contract. All Bidders must bid on all items and provide FOB Plant Unit Prices only. Quantities are approximate and may be increased or decreased at the discretion of the Township. Suppliers shall comply with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Publication 408, latest edition, Section 702 (Bituminous Materials). Suppliers shall furnish proof of compliance of the same to the Township.
