Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Road project which includes variations of milling, paving, and a double application of Bituminous Seal Coat. Approximately 29,600 square yards of roadway will be resurfaced. Prevailing Wage Rates apply. Approximately 24,750 square yards of roadway will be resurfaced Country Club Road - from the intersection of SR3020 to the Bethlehem Township Line - Mill and Resurface; Replace traffic markings appropriately Gradwohl Switch Road - from the intersection of SR3020 and the intersection of SR0191 - Resurface All Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, in favor of the Township of Lower Nazareth. Said security will be forfeited if the successful bidder fails to enter a contract with the Township within 15 days of notification of bid award. A two-year Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract for the first year and 50% of the contract for the second year shall be provided for this project. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive any informality in bidding, increase or decrease the quantities, reject any or all bids and award the contract in the Township's best interest. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening.
